2. Refund Policy
One-Time Setup Fee: This fee is non-refundable once services commence, as it covers onboarding, strategy development, and initial campaign setup.
Ongoing Services: Refunds for ongoing services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope of work completed at the time of termination.
3. No Obligation Until Agreement
Engaging with us through our website or inquiry forms does not create any financial obligation until a service agreement is signed and an invoice is issued.
